Frequently Asked Questions:
Do I need to be home for the service? No! As long as we have access to your yard (gate unlocked or code provided), you don’t need to be home.
What happens if it rains or snows? We work rain or shine! However, if conditions become unsafe (lightning, extreme ice, or flooding), we will pause services and notify you as soon as possible to reschedule.
Can my dog be in the yard while you scoop? We do orefer that your dog is inside so we dont miss anything, but only require it if your dog is aggressive or protective. We asd this for everyone’s safety. Otherwise we love meeting our furry clients.
What do you do with the waste? We bag it and dispose of it according to local sanitation regulations. You won’t have to deal with the mess or the smell in your own trash can.
Is there a contract or commitment? There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or cancel your service at any time through our client portal or by contacting us.
Do you offer one-time cleanups? Yes! We offer “Spring Cleanups” or one-time visits for special events. These are perfect if your yard has been neglected for a few weeks or if you’re hosting a party.
What areas do you service? We currently service several St. Louis neighborhoods, including Holly Hills, St Louis Hills, South Hampton, and Tower Grove Park. (We are adding new areas every month!)
Dog Walking Services:
How long are the walks? We offer standard 30-minute walks, but we can customize the time based on your dog’s energy level and needs. Senior dogs might prefer a slow 15-minute sniff-around, while high-energy pups might need a full hour.
Will my dog be walked with other dogs? No. We specialize in individual walks. Your dog gets our undivided attention, and we never do “pack walks” with dogs from other households.
What if my dog is reactive to other dogs? That is not a problem. Since we only do solo walks, we can focus entirely on your dog’s comfort. Just let us know your dog’s triggers during the meet-and-greet, and we will plan our route to avoid high-traffic areas.
Do you offer a “Meet & Greet” first? Yes! We require a quick 15-minute introductory meeting. This allows your dog to get comfortable with us and gives you a chance to show us where the leash is kept and explain any special instructions.
Litter Box Exchange:
How many boxes are included? We use a dedicated “Double-Box” system for your home. This means if you have two litter box stations (e.g., one upstairs and one downstairs), we dedicate four specific boxes to your account. You keep two in use while we have the other two at our facility being deep-cleaned and sanitized for your next swap.
How does the “Swap” work? It is a 100% no-contact service. On your scheduled day, just set your used boxes in the designated outdoor spot, covered with the lid we supply. We immediately swap them with your fresh, sanitized, and refilled set. We take the dirty boxes back to our facility to be emptied and hospital-grade sanitized.
How often is the box swapped? Most clients choose a weekly or bi-weekly swap depending on the number of cats in the home. You can manage your frequency directly through our client portal.
How do you clean the boxes? Every box is taken off-site, emptied, and thoroughly sanitized using pet-safe, hospital-grade disinfectants before being refilled and returned to you.
